The Critical Care Registered Nurse will work in a large SICU that sees complex post-surgical patients, including trauma, cardiothoracic, neuro and general surgery patients. This is a Trauma Center and they are soon going to be breaking ground a new surgical tower. The nurse who enjoys a fast-paced, high-acuity environment will enjoy this hospital and the unit.
Collaboration is very valued here, so the ideal candidate will be a team-player who understands how to work not only within their unit but across the entire hospital to achieve a streamlined process and experience for critically ill patients. Only nights are available now, but this may change in the future.
